电路图里面有没有NM0啊？先看一下信号的路径“/NM0/D”对不对，然后看看Output Setup里面有没有保存电流的选项（缺省设置是不保存的）。

这些设置都是检查过的，spectre 下dc有，ac有，ultrasim下tran有，太奇怪了

MMSIM14貌似破解的还不完善，我的也有该问题。

我的这个版本完全没问题，没发现瞬态电流不能保存。

Why are you pairing MMSIM141 with IC54*??? MMSIM141 is a brand new product release in 2014 while IC54* was last updated in 2011 and no update since then. It could be projected that IC54* is reaching the end of product life and phasing out. And most importantly, new product releases from Cadence are most probably not tested with IC54*, so they are NOT guaranteed to work with the old IC54*.

So get yourself a IC616 installed!!!

谢谢。IC6X 没用过，不知道IC6X是否支持IC51X下的PDK.

PDK需要转换到OA中的格式。使用IC6_转换工具。
