想了解一下  复旦大学RFIC实验室  博士待遇如何？  另外，要达到什么要求才能毕业？

According to the regulations, the phd candidates that receivered master degree generally stay there 3-4 years, others except engineering-orientation phd candidates at least  dedicated themselves   for 5 years there.
two journal or conference papers must be published in SCI.
you probably get 2000~3000 RMB each month as a living compensation.
moreover, you will be awarded 2W RMB each one when releasing some top papers, such as ISSC, JSSC.
