PDK参数修改上限下限值

在电路设计时候，调用PDK时，总有些参数限制，fab会把某些参数上限或者下限定死，比较不方便，请问如何修改PDK，能够突破这些限制呢？

把model file copy 下，然后改个名，写个wrapper就行

只会改一个简单的金属电阻类，不会改重要器件。

点edit 然后选择需要更改的参数看看w l限制的语句就好了

1. You can break these restrictions with the CDF tool provided in the CIW. There you can modify the base library which is your technology(PDK). If this is not what you expected,2. The limits are set in the model file and it is not good to change them. The FAB characterizes the device and decide their parameters.
