1. To support prototype and productionreleases of new products. Manage debug of test program, design and debug oftest hardware, and meet product release schedule.
2. Support test program development forimplementing changes in new test methodologies for test coverage improvement.
3. Pursue Design for Test initiatives tooptimize testability and achieve test cost reduction via test time reductionand multiple site test solutions for production release.
4. Support test chip test development andcharacterization of new IP used in COMPANY products.
Education/Requirements/Qualifications
1. University graduate students with topscores in GPA
2. Prior working experiences in thesemiconductor industry field, specially in either IDM, Fabless, or ATE vendorbackground.
3. ATE programming skills would beessential. U-flex and T2K platform knowledge is preferred.
4. VB, VC and/or Perl programming skills
