candence 的rtl compiler不能读db文件？

最近在用rtl compiler，设库的时候发现不能读db文件，只能读lib文件。但是在读厂商提供的lib库的时候（stm65nm kit）爆出来一大堆警告，不过勉强能够综合。
能不能想个招让rtl compiler能够读db文件？ 或者说直接读lib文件可不可行？

rtl compiler 怎么写scan def 给icc用？

只能读lib ，db是synopsys专有格式，如果rc能读db，那岂不是和synopsys搞到一起去了，还怎么混么，

读lib有warning正常， dc读lib也是一堆warning，
