smic工艺好像确实不行添加filler 并overlap吧

之前碰到过因为pin的属性不对而连不上的，将pin type改为Power/Ground 就derive上了。

请问下，您所谓改pin的type是改PLL的lef文件还是PLL的lib文件呢？还是都改。目前我给的lib库中PLL的DVDD DVSS AVDD AVSS都是inout。 lef中这些都是power ground。但是现在我是不是要修改lib中的信息呢？？？
