项目要求：1，在一个板子上实现高清SDI的传输，一路输入，一路输出。
          2，能实现1080P/50/60的传输，支持SMPTE 259-C；SMPTE 425-A；SMPTE ST 274    ；SMPTE ST 296    ；SMPTE ST 2048-2；            
Color 10    bit R'G'B'。
          3，支持USB供电，两个USB口输出；
          4，一个百兆以太网口；
          5，时间上越快越好，越快报酬越多。
          6，还有另一个项目是高清SDI or 3G SDI 与FMC的相互转换，有兴趣的也可以联系我。

   请问有设计规格（Design Specification)吗？还是仅仅只是需求？
