Job Title:    Lead PV Engineer

Position Description:      

This job is an important addition to our R&D team to developCadence Encounter Digital Implementation System (EDI)

Responsible for developing, applying, and improving qualitystandard for Cadence EDI products

Required to acquire expertise and ownership over existing productcomponents as well as develop brand new product features.

Help identifying new technology challenges in advanced processnodes and proactively provide the product improvement suggestion to R&D

Build up EDI expertise and deliver support to field team andcustomers whenever needed

Position Requirements:   

CS/EE BS degree with 5+ years or MS degree with 3+ years of EDA orIC design related experience.

Good experience with Place and Route design flow using EDA tools.Good knowledge of LEF/DEF.

Be familiar with IC back-end design flow, from netlist to gdsout.

Strong analysis/bedbug capability for technical issues, bedetailed oriented with a focus on quality.

Good team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Be able to work under pressure, be able to work on multipleprojects at the same time.

Good English read, write and communication Skill.

Job Title:    Lead PV Engineer-Software System

PositionDescription:      

Cadence ICD Product Validation Regression systemis the core system infrastructure of the whole Product Validation organization,which can greatly improve the whole organization's efficiency and boost theteam productivity.

This position is responsible for the regressionsystem and application development and maintanance.

The candidate need use all kinds of knowledge andskills to design and improve the system based on the business requirement forthe organization operation and the existing system and relatedsoftware/hardware environment.

DetailedResponsibility:

1. Analyze System and Business requirement, basedon which design the system flow chart

2. Do the needful system/scriptsmaintenance/improvement

3. Communicate with related IT and PV team anddrive to improve organization operation efficiency

4. Innovate on the next generation system to boostorganization's efficiency

PositionRequirements:   

Bachelor with 4 years related experience or Masterwith 2 years related experience

1. Result driven and details focused workingattitude

2. Excellent analytical skills and complex systemproblem solving skills

3. Strong technical experience in Unix/Linux usage

4. Strong Perl/Tcl/Cshell scripting

5. Good knowledge and experience in CGIprogramming

6. Good knowledge in SQL database

7. Knowledge in Web programing (javascript, php,Python, XML) is a strong plus

8. Knowledge in NFS/Distributed Processing/ServerFarm/Network is a strong plus

9. Good written English and oral English is astrong plus

Job Title:
Lead PV Design Engineer

PositionDescription:      

1.Work through synthesis flow and APR flow bysolving different kind of issues and bottleneck, througn many designs.

2.Identify any timing/power/area issues withinSYN/APR flow, and among flow interfaces.

Develop system for automation.

PositionRequirements:   

1.MS with 3 years work experience in design houseor EDA company.

2.Good at STA, good at APR flow, including place,route, cts, optimization, and SI analysis

Know about RTL synthesis.

3.Good at unix scripts, cshell. Perl is a plus.

4.Strong ability in analysis and solvingissues,  strong ability in facingdifficulty and challenges.  Proactive inwork.

5.Good English skill, communication skill and goodteam work.
