calibre star-rc流程中的问题，query_cmd?

最近在试着跑calibre starrc的流程，
calibre lvs 已经通过了，
然后在执行calibre -query svdb < query_cmd 时，
不清楚query_cmd的内容是怎么写的，
看了calibre的user guide，乖乖，讲这个的就有好几十页，晕了，
问一下有没有哪位兄弟写过query_cmd，指点一下

我想用GDS提取寄生参数，
因为没有calibre的rule,只有star-rc的，
看到star-rc的手册中说,
可以将calibre lvs生成的文件转到star-rc能识别的文件类型，再运行star-rc，
现在就是卡在 calibre -query svdb < query_cmd 这一步啊
这个图是starrc 手册中说的这个流程

没做过这个flow， cci应该是用的不少的，

只用过个pex 这种，

proper Calibre Connectivity Interface files for Star-RCXT. The following commands should
be listed in the query server command file that is provided to the calibre -query svdb
command.

starrcxt user guide 里面有的， B-22页，看这个就明白了，照抄，如果还不行根据错误改改， calibre中svdb要设置成CCI

foundry的pdk里面有提供这个query_cmd
从里面找找吧～～
