lvs时不能读取source file[已解决]

如题：
我做LVS时显示不能读取source文件，report如下：
ERROR:No matching pin name"A" in subcircuit "abu_ecc_gen_1158_wow" in file "library.cdl"
ERROR: Ambiguous pin count in file "library.cdl".Found 2 definitions of "abu_1145_wow"but none has 116 pins.
ps:wow是一个memory,是我自己做的，library.cdl里面是所有mem及std cell的spice信息。
这样的错误要怎么修改啊，大侠们帮帮忙，急需解决，谢谢！
