你换更新版本的SPECTRE试试。我也遇到过这种情况，但是改用MMSIM6及以上版本就没有问题了。

可能是spectre版本太低了

这是由于model文件里的语法格式，spectre无法识别造成的
打开你的model文件，在报错行附近删除换行链接符号“+”前的空格行，错误就没了
例如下面一段网表：

d0 (p n) diode_va area=area pj=pj shrink=shrink（这种情况下仿真会报错，将下面几行空格行删除即可）
