1.Preamp Validation Manager
- Supervise and mentor the validation team in shanghai and help manage their task assignments and career development
- Ensure the development of timely, cost effective validation solutions that comply to the needs of high speed, mixed signal, complex analog products
- Collaborate with design and product engineering group to identify, acquire and/or develop test infrastructure to meet the validation capabilities and cost efficiencies required for future products
- Plan validation methodology with Design engineering and customer requirements to ensure proper DFT and DFD are designed into the product
- Collaborate with the design groups to increase the use of Design For Test and Design For Debug techniques to improve test quality, coverage and reduce the cost of test
- Continuous benchmarking of test development and test result to improve TTM and product quality
Requirements/Qualifications (Education):
- MS or PHD Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience
- A minimum of 5 years IC test development experience
- Knowledge of Automatic Test Equipment and test techniques
- Knowledge analog measurement techniques
Must have experience:
- Developing and utilizing new validation methodologies for Mix signal ASICs
- Prior analog ASIC design experience
- Good decision making, problem solving abilities based on analytical approaches
- Summarizing technical plans and results through reports and presentations
- Achieving results in a multi project, team environment
- Exercising strong leadership and communication skills in influencing peers and management
- Experience in Supervising and mentoring Validation engineers
2.Design Validation Engineer
- Set up bench test equipment and perform characterization measurements on high speed
mixed signal IC's, paying careful attention to measurement accuracy and repeatability and
test condition coverage
- Develop automated scripts and program test equipment to automate data collection and
report generation. Where automated measurements are not practical, manual data collection
is to be performed
- Work with design and other characterization teams in design verification and characterization
and errata corrective action, as well as work with program management, test and product
engineering to insure timely delivery of fully verified silicon
- Develop / Improve measurement accuracy and techniques and test condition coverage
- Support bench application engineers with in-depth customer specific measurements and
failure analysis
- Design and layout evaluation PCBs, paying careful attention to high speed signals and board
/ component parasitic
- Organize bench data into technical reports for reference and presentation. Presentation of
data to both internal and external customers
Requirements/Qualifications (Education):
- Investigative and analytical mindset, with a strong interest in electronics and technical work
- A thorough knowledge of electronic circuits and systems with practical experience in
analogue and digital electronic circuit design and debug
- Knowledge and experience in measurement accuracy and high speed measurements
techniques. Experience in RF measurement techniques is a plus
- Experience in operating and programming test and measurement equipment
- Experience in visual basic or similar programming language
- Good communication skills, especially in technical writing and reporting
- Bachelor in Electronics Engineering
3.Department Admin
- Acting as a liaison between offices and departments.
- Dealing with data/voice/printer maintenance by working with IT.
- Assisting in the recruitment of staff, travel arrangements, event planning, and reception duties.
- Coordinate and schedule business travels,visa application,hotel bookings,meetings and
appointments as well as carpick up arrangement
- purchasing equipment through SAP.
- Assisting in team building/gathering activities.
- Assisting in expense report processing.
- Manage general correspondence.
Requirements/Qualifications (Education):
- University graduate with relevant secretarial/management training. English major preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in multinational companies
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly independent and proactive.
- Good team player
- Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast pace environment
- Excellent command of written/spoken English and Chinese
