Actually as far as i know TSMC may put a case file for judgement on eetop.......so if anyone upload it, it will be a great problem.

TSMC is very sensitive on its IP after some of its employees left the company and formed the competitor UMC. However, I don't believe TSMC can do anything agains eetop. The same way apple inc couldn't do anything in china for its iphones. China is great and eetop is the best.
