We will evaluate your performance from RF / Microwave experiences, English, Sales / Market senses.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bacholor degree in EE fields;
2. At least 3 years RF circuit design or microwave circuit design experiences (or sales experiences)
3. Excellent English communication skills, both writen and oral;
4. Good presentation skills;
5. Outgoing character, self-initiative, can work under pressure and willing to travel.

Responsibilities:
6. This position will be based in Shenzhen & Xi'an
7. The candidate will act as a field application engineer (FAE) or sales engineer to
support sales Representatives to create new design wins;
8. Frequent travel to US for factory training is required.

很奇怪，是不是这个网站人气不够旺，如果是RF / Microwave这个圈子里的，绝不可能没有听说过Hittite。到几天为止只有2位朋友在这个网站上看到信息，并发给我简历。另外还有一个应届毕业生，说是卖服装的，不知道给了那个职位中介公司钱，然后获取了我们的招聘信息和联系方法，竟然背着包找上门了(很严肃的讲，我们这次招人还不曾在任何网站或者报纸公开等过广告，这个论坛发帖算是尝试）。实在佩服中介公司的神通广大（竟然知道我们的工作地址），但是非常同情这位卖服装的应届生。都不知道我们招什么人，就背着包直接来了，手里拿着一张皱皱巴巴的简历，A4纸还不到半页。中介真黑，这个年轻人真傻！
