看读入的fastscan库里面带个前缀S就是对应的scan cell 为什么工具不能替换，导致很多warning，
流程是直接改的tessent demo流程，因为是在不太懂，demo读的是rtl然后加edt occ，综合，插scan链，我直接读入综合网标，插入edt occ，然后再次综合，插入scan链，纯新手，只能改改scan library，其他实在不会改
希望路过的dft 大佬指点一下小弟
