StarRC抽寄生dspf报错

用starrc抽dspf的最后一步跑CCI_cmd的时候报了数个WARNING：MAPPING_FILE layer "xxx" is not a valid database layer and will be removed. “xxx”里分别是所有的金属层和npoly、dnwd_psub、pdfcont，紧接着报了Non_existent pr removed layer name "xxx 1P4M_alpa_woMIM" found in CELLS_PORTS file on line xx. This entry will be ignored. 最后虽然生成了dspf，但是GROUNG NET内容是空的。


检查了MAPPING_FILE里lvs layer和itf layer对应没有问题。

目前看前三步跑calibre lvs也没有问题。

如果删掉MAPPING_FILE里的刚刚报的warning的xxx layer，通常应该报ERROR： Connected database layer "xxx" does not have a valid ITF layer. 但这个没有报该ERROR，甚至刚刚跟其有关的WARNING （MAPPING_FILE layer "xxx" is not a valid database layer and will be removed.）也直接消失。
