cdl转schematic问题

当我在用cdl转换为schematic过程中，报了如上错误。cdl中的pmos和nmos都是以XM开头，我有试过修改为M也是不行，有大牛能帮忙看看是怎么回事吗？补充说明一下，spctre网表导出的PDK库的网表也是Xm的。
