现受某美资公司委托招聘软件设计相关人才：

1、Software Applications Engineer (Shenzhen)
This position is responsible for software integration of Atheros'
WLAN products into customer designs and
platforms. This position must have code development skill set and
debugging skill down to register
level. This position requires high technical competence and be
able to provide prompt and in-depth
technical analyses and rectification. Must be able to map out the
technical details of a system integration
plan - from project start through product launch; and be able to
sustain the products in mass production.
Qualifications:
BSEE/CS required, MSEE/CS preferred with 5+ years of experience
developing software for WLAN
products and/or related NETWORK solutions.
- WLAN and NETWORK experience required
- C/C++, Linux OS and other embedded OS knowledge and experience
required
- Windows NDIS driver experience a plus
- Other telecom and gateway experience e.g. xDSL, Cable, Network
Processor a plus
- Must be self motivated with good verbal and written
communication skills
- Ability to compose application notes and white papers for
technical distribution
- Good problem solving technique and be able to respond promptly
to customer needs.
- Good team player
- Willingness to travel


2、Software Engineer （Network Device Driver Software）--上海
Job Description
Register level device driver implementation for high speed complex
networking components;
Linux kernel related development.
Requirements
? Hand-on C and C++ in Linux or Unix environment.
? 3+ years industrial experience in multi-processor, multi-
process, and multi-thread
programming. Familiar with IPC and synchronization.
? Familiar with make tools, shell language, CVS/Perforace and GDB.
Familiar with KGDB
is a plus.
? Familiar with device driver and register level programming.
Experienced with Linux kernel
and Linux device driver model is very desirable.
? Must be speaking fluent English & a team player.
? Must be comfortable with large scale team based SW development
and frequent intergroup/
company communication.
? Experienced with ASIC verification or BIOS development is a
plus.
? Hi-end networking nic/switch/router SW development experience is
a plus.
Educational Background
Typically requires MSEE/CS combined with 3+ years of related
experience, or BSEE/CS
combined with 5+ yrs related experience.

3、Embedded sw engineer（Linux，TCP/IP necessary）--上海
Responsibilities:
Boot loaders
BSP/Drivers for wireless chips
Base platform SDK
To perform Silicon testing for wireless chips
To write technical documents for platform software
To provide technical support and training to FAE and customers

Qualifications:
BS/MS in CS/EE or equivalent;
At least 2 years embedded software development working experiences
Demonstrated working experience on embed CPU (ARM/MIPS) platform
software
such as BSP, Driver, boot loader etc. experience on RTOS or
LINUX/xBSD
porting is a plus. Demonstrated working experience on wireless
product
development, well understanding wireless protocls such as wifi,
cellular
standards. Eager to learn new technology and Self motivated, good
team
work player Good command of English and Chinese both in speaking
and writing.



4、资深图像、视频处理算法工程师——北京

主要职责:
1. 进行图像、视频处理算法的研发。
2. 结合硬件实现进行算法优化。

职位需求:
