.ads格式文件导入ADS

请问我下载的晶体管SPICE模型格式是.ads，要怎么导入到ADS中呢？

用netlist_include的log文件是这样的，也有点问题

1. 你导入的文件后缀是 .ads的，那就是ads的网表。你就别看上面的导入仿真模型的帖子了，也别用上面的方法去试了，肯定没有用。
2. 我的第一张图里面就是用了ads里面的NetlistInclude元件，浏览找到你的.ads文件就可以了。
3. 这个.ads文件里面使用了define 定义的子电路，所以你可以自己建做一个三个管脚的symbol，并建立一个空的schematic(第二张图)。这个cell的名字需要和define后面的名字一致，注意管脚1,2,3，名字分别为D，G, S (和.ads文件里面的子电路名字一致，顺序一致)
4. 在顶层的测试电路里面，除了有NetlistInclude元件之外，需要加上一个Options元件，并如图设置一下选项。(因为你的网表文件里面有子电路，和你自己建的子电路又同名，如果不设置一下同名处理的话，仿真会报错)
