Error found by spectre in `fold_cascode02_amp', during circuit read-in.
ERROR (SFE-691): "input.scs" 40: Illegal parameter name specified.
ERROR (SFE-678): "input.scs" 40: Statement is not in Spectre format. Use `simulator lang=spice' to introduce spice language sections.
