polas gate timing delay error

在跑polas gate timming delay时出现错误，there are extra pin position definition for cell mn12。

起初跑出来mn12只有3个pin，尝试增加了model config file。

写的model config file如下：

<mn12>
PINPOSITION D 1
PINPOSITION G 2
PINPOSITION BS 3
PINPOSITION ISO 4
PINPOSITION PSUB 5

看起来是pin和spice model不匹配，试下pinmap2model
