Monte carlo 仿真报错“Nominal simulation might have failed. ”

以下是报错内容：

ERROR (ADEXL-5069): Cannot complete the Monte Carlo simulation because of the following error for the test AD_035:AMP_0_test:1
------------------------------
Spectre simulator stopped due to following reasons:
Nominal simulation might have failed.
Resolve these errors and rerun simulation.


在这个工艺的modle文件夹中有ReadmeMonteCarlo.txt文件，里面写了下面这句：To enable the gaussian distributed parameter set please select the section "3s" or "6s" of the file "param.scs"
and the section "mc_g" of the file xo035.scs in ADE's model library setup dialog box.
所以我的设置为

我没有勾选nominal，不知道为什么报错“Nominal simulation might have failed. ”

取消勾选就可以了
