你好 你的方法确实有改变option3 加了R 电阻没有报错了，可是电容不管加C还是WL 电容还是有问题

电阻没有报错了，但是电容还是存在问题  问题还不一样了


多了一个CC2 (pos)

这样就可以得出结论了，LVS rule还有存在问题。仔细查看一下，对着文档设置lvs option

具体应该看那个==哪个文档呢

问题解决了，是顶层金属的问题，规则中设置的金属层数目不得大于版图中所用到的金属层数目，在此感谢fe****ve这位前辈远程为我看出的问题！！，也谢谢大家评论区里面的解疑！！！
