求助，via图层无法选择NW和GT，打不了N阱和栅极的过孔，请问是工艺库哪里设置错误了吗？

工艺库是smic18mmrf

M1之下的打孔叫contact，via是金属层之间的打孔

CIW里面报了warning，不知道与这个问题是否有关系
