smartscan modus atpg的时候遇到如下问题：

WARNING (TLS-027): [Severe] The pin serlalizer_scan_enable is at value 'x' for block COMPACTOR.smartscan_clock_controller_inst, after simulating a pulse at the top level clock pin.lend [TLS_027]

如果已经产生了pattern，simulation看一下
