library库没有cds.lib移植

最近刚开始学习virtuoso，移植library的时候有一些问题，为什么有一个参考文件库（不是工艺库是一个工作库）里面只有prop.xx文件，没有工艺库那种cds.lib文件，这种情况怎么移植呢？
我有试过直接在总的cds.lib定义，但是库管理进去是灰色的什么都没有

是这样的，但是似乎只是这样不可以，报错显示需要转OA，但是这里面就没cds.lib转不了OA

不好意思，刚看仔细，这个数据是cdb，等用5141打开。。。用61的话，得cdb2oa

我看网上的帖子，试了把他要转换的库直接新建一个cds.lib，然后拿Conversion Toolbox的cdb2OA转换，显示转换finish和一些warning，但是不知道为什么什么也没有改变...

转换的库  和待转换的库 不能一个文件夹
