virtuoso仿真报错Fatal error found by spectre during AHDL read-in.

各位大神们，我在使用ADE仿真时，出现了这个报错


Fatal error found by spectre during AHDL read-in.
    FATAL (VACOMP-2096): File '/home/meow/SMIC_018_MMRF/smic18mmrf/../models/spectre/res.def' does not appear to be a valid Verilog-A file. In previous releases, '.def' was a file extension typically used for SpectreHDL files but SpectreHDL is no longer supported. If this file is a SpectreHDL file, you need to replace it with an equivalent Verilog-A file.

具体感觉就是HDL和verilog的格式问题，但是我一直没找到解决办法，是要换工艺库吗，我在ytcx的帖子找的解决办法都试了，还是不行
已尝试如下方法（已重启设备）：
1.已在.bashrc中添加 export CDS_AHDLCMI_ENABLE=YES
2.已在.bashrc中添加 export CDS_AUTO_64BIT=ALL
3.在spectre的setup-Environment中勾选run with 64-bit binary，并且在user command-line options中输入-64


求助各位大神，应该怎么解决呢

    FATAL (SPECTRE-18): Segmentation fault. Encountered a critical error during simulation. Run `mmsimpack' (see mmsimpack -h for detailed usage information) to package the netlist and log files as a compressed tar file. Then, contact your Cadence representative or submit a service request via Cadence Online Support, including the tar file and any other information that could help identify the problem.
