给mos管加GATE孔 M1M2的线和孔 根据线名自动打孔

这个是你的virtuoso不是617及以上的版本，需要自行更新一下

目前发现打GATE的功能，constraintGroupID = cstFindConstraintGroupIn(tech "DFM")
                                        myViaOptions = viaGetViaOptions(constraintGroupID)     两处ID=>Id    DFM=>virtuosoDefaultSetup    就可以用了

对 DFM是我自己做的孔  可以用原来virtuoso自带得孔
