我想问一下这个ESD保护器件的eSOA曲线指的是不是就是ESD器件的TLP测试曲线呢？
eSOA曲线的英文全程又是啥呢？

SOA指的是安全工作区。 SOA分eSOA和TSOA，eSOA指的是纯电性上的，一般用TLP测试。TSOA指带发热效应的，一般指的DC测试的。

eSOA curves of the protected device应该指的是被保护器件的ESOA，ESD设计要参考这个参数，确定ESD design window。

eSOA stands for electrical Safe Operating Area. The measurement conditions for eSOA are to apply a DC voltage to the Gate, and apply a TLP Pulse to the Drain with the Source grounded.
This method can be judged to be very reasonable because it compares the ESD device and the TLP immunity of the same method and the comparison object is the same.
