Ahmed M. A. Ali (Fellow, IEEE) received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees (Hons.) in electrical engineering from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, in 1991 and 1994, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, USA, in 1999.,He was with Texas Instruments, Warren, NJ, USA from 2000 to 2002 and with Analog Devices, Greensboro, NC, USA from 2002 to 2022 where he was elected ADI Fellow in 2015. In 2022 he left Analog Devices to join Apple, Cupertino, CA, USA。
