用innovus做带scan chain设计placement时遇到的问题

在innovus中做place时设置了place_gloabl_ignore_scan false和place_global_reorder_scan false，但是执行place_opt_design时报错了：
ERROR：Scan chains exist in this design but are not defined for 0.00% flops. Placement and timing QoR can be severely impacted in this case! It is highly recommend to keep place_gloabl_ignore_scan option as its default value "true" with scan chains definition.

虽然报错了但是place和scan reorder都做了。如果将place_gloabl_ignore_scan设置成true则不会报错。请问各位大佬正确的流程应该怎么做的，以及为什么出现这个问题？

但是我在别人的flow的里看到有scan chain的时候是把这个设成false的，请问这个设置成true和false有什么讲究吗

#4 F方向是对的，好好检查下scandef和netlist匹配问题，或者report一下scan chain正确进来了没
