AMS仿真遇到下面问题不知道如何解决

AMSSPICE_SPECTRE_DEBUG设为YES了，Spectre的路径也是对的，还是报这个错误，我的模拟电路spectre是可以跑的，数字电路xrun也可以跑，结合起来就是这个错误。

我也是这个问题。数模混合就跑不起来了，请求大神解惑

兄弟，把cadence整个重新装就好了。
