How to find @nsys Totem Package in installation files?

To find the ansys redhawk or ansys totem package.
Which file should I get?

1. ansys electromagnetics suite.
2. cst studio suite.
3. ansys products.

一个就叫totem，模拟做IR和EM的。另一个就叫redhawk，做数字的IR的。最新的各有带sc后缀的版本，官方说支持到3nm。这俩软件都不太好找，有人在卖，不知道价格。对了论坛里有个redhawk_sc。
