MC仿真问题（环境问题）

工艺是 csmc0.18um，模型文件选的是：mc_mos、mc_bip、mc_res、mc_mcap、stat、stat_bip、stat_res、stat_mcap

出现以下问题，有人知道怎么解决吗？


WARNING (ADE-5033): Cannot find the environment variable 'check_simulator' for tool 'spectre.envOpts'.
        Its internal default value will be used.
WARNING (ADE-5034): Unable to access the default environment variables in the simulator's
        global .cdsenv file ('<your_install_dir>/tools/dfII/etc/tools/spectre/.cdsenv')
        because the file is missing or out-of-date. Till this problem exists, internal
        default values will be used for these environment variables during this session.
