[求助] cadence后仿真

跑cadence后仿真出现这个问题 该怎么办

请问解决了吗,我也遇到了这个问题,是电路里替换了zener diode后出现的。把high performance simulation取消APS也不行,在simulation-option-analog-main里放宽仿真精度才可以,但我想知道这是什么原因造成的。
