hspice的参数仿真

请教一下在hspice里面有没有类似cadence里面可以把MOS管的W和L当成参数的仿真设置

目前可能有两种实现方法：
1. 把感兴趣的器件尺寸定义为变量，然后对这个变量进行扫描，这可能需要修改netlist。这个方法实现起来比较直观。
2. 使用hspice较新的功能： “Exploration Block”；这个方法实现起来稍微麻烦些，但比前面的方法功能更全面些。

The Exploration Block addresses the need to study the behavior and sensitivities of circuits
to come up with an optimum design. During this early design phase, you may want to
explore ranges of device sizes for a given circuit topology. The Exploration Block feature
allows you to describe a set of experiments with different geometries, without changes to the
original netlist.

请问一下定义变量的方法是不是写循环呢？之前好像没有见过具体的语句，另外我不是用的和hspice，用的ngspice，但是用的人可能比较小众，所以就提问了hspice
