Unfortunately, Hotfix PVS19.15 really has the following problem with the installation:

I checked these files in my local storage, indeed, the hashes do not match. Next week I will check another local storage.

Unfortunately, Vendor has already moved all 19* and 20* versions of this product somewhere to an archive storage that I can't access. (My account level does not allow me to request outdated product versions).
