DE Flow Manager
Responsibilities:+
1Buldup the methodoloay andflows to support AseRtdesian team from architecure desian and
verification.
2.Understand the requirement and expectation from all project teams and prioritize the tasks to develop and support.
3.Work with 3rd party EDA vendors to consolidate the best tools and support internal design teams.
4.Define the handshake mechanism among different teams regardingRTL quality and delivery.
5.Hire,develop and retain good engineers.

Requirements:
1. EE/CS MS+ with 10 years of experience in design aspects.
2. At least 5 years of experience in managing more than 10people.
3.Familiar with smartphone desiqnarchitectureRTLdesignandverification.+
4.Familiar with SDCUPFClockCDC and tools.+
5.Better to have low power design experience in mobile.
6.Better to have the knowledge of physical design.+
7.Better to build up automated flows or platform+
8.Project driven and no hesitation to communicate with different teams.
