楼主在做spice仿真老化路径。先是用primetime的spice_deck命令跑出c499_fresh_path.spi文件,后面在把c499_fresh_path.spi文件放到hspice去仿真,命令是 hspice -i c499_fresh_path.spi。 但是hspice报错 **error** stop simulation by signal = 6,hspice的仿真结果如下:
