岗位职责：

1、MS or PhD inComputer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field

2、4 years ofexperience or above in hardware engineering or silicon engineering

3、Experience withhardware/software co-design

4、Experience with NPUarchitectures

5、Experience withperformance optimizations for Machine Learning workloads running on CPU/GPU/NPU

6、Knowledge ofcomputer architecture, accelerator architecture, and/or accelerator design

岗位要求：

1、Propose and drive development of architectural design for NPU.

2、Analyze and optimize AI workloads running on NPU.

3、Work with Compiler and Software teams to drive software/hardwareco-design.

4、Develop tooling and flows to improve workload analysis andoptimizations.
