X-FAB的XT018工艺高压MOS管的B端和HW端应该如何连接？

G is the gate voltage,
S is the Source electrode
D is the Drain  one

when Vgs is greater than Vt, it is turned on
Vgs below 0 turn off.

Be aware the spice model only represent the typ. threshold voltage.  Because the Xfab has different manufacture processes in their foundries (not identical as Intel or ST did) - Your HV MOS is manufactured in Malaysia not in Erfurt Germany.  The technology is premature and cannot withstand high power, getting hot once turned on (cost is high as well).  Vt is reduced with temperature, when the HVMOS is hot, Vth falls below 0.95V

125V  ?? 那这MOS on breakdown , off breakdown 分别多少 .  VIS 记得有 250V LDMOS + LIGBT ,  UMC 0.18UM 有 200v ldmos .

好像 100~200V  BCD 比较少看到 .  

为何要找X-FAB ??   **不少代工厂有高压阿

xfab用的是soi，技术不成熟，买了几个没用的ip自娱自乐。别和他们一般见识。

vishay技术不错，性价比也好，umc价格也就便宜一点，你在哪里高就呢？需要协助可以联系我。

这个工艺是我们实验室老师选的，我才刚开始学习
