INNOVUS sroute not a CUT LAYER错误

在.13工艺下用sroute命令进行power routing，采用OA流程，OA库通过stdcell的tech.lef转换得到，出现了下面的错误，stdcell的电源和其他电源pin都没有被连接，看过lef文件里的Metal1和Metal2都是ROUTING类型，不知道是哪里的问题。

看一下是不是lef中没有定义m2的via是cut型

已解决，是lef2oa转换tech.lef的时候没有加-useFoundryInnovus 和 -refLib，按照DMS的手册转换OA以后问题消失。
