Job description:

作为一名模拟IC设计工程师，将负责根据规范设计和实施CMOS关键收发器模块的工作。和她的团队在规定期限内，进行模拟，并参与收发器IC的布局和测试。
As an Analog IC Design Engineer, he/she will be responsible for designing and implementing CMOS key transceiver blocks from specifications. He/she will work in a team to meet scheduled deadlines, performing simulation and participate in layout and testing of the transceiver IC.

1. 对于无线系统需要有基本的知识。
Need to have basic knowledge about wireless systems.
2. 对射频系统设计和权衡有良好的理解。
Good understanding in RF system design and tradeoffs.
3. 对基本的模拟模块，如运算放大器、电压和电流基准有扎实的了解。
Solid understanding of basic analog blocks such as Op-Amps and voltage and current references.
4. 对模拟子系统有丰富的设计经验，如各种类型的数据转换器（ADC/DAC，Nyquist和Oversampled），PGA/VGA，LP/HP/BP滤波器（连续/离散时间），以及电源电路管理，如CMOS中的LDO和DC/DC。
Strong design experience in analog sub-systems such as various types of data converters (ADC/DAC, Nyquist and Oversampled), PGA/VGA, LP/HP/BP Filters (continuous/discrete time), and power management circuit such as LDO and DC/DC in CMOS.
5. 必须具备基本的IC布局技能，能够与定制的IC布局设计师合作进行平面规划，运行LVS/DRC，并为布局后模拟仿真进行寄生提取。进行寄生提取，进行布局后模拟。
Must Have basic IC layout skill and can work with custom IC layout designer in floor planning, running LVS/DRC and perform parasitic extraction for post layout simulation.
6. 具备测试/调试知识，制定测试计划和可测试性设计。

7. 使用Matlab/Simulink或verilog进行行为建模。
Behavior modeling using Matlab/Simulink or Verilog.

职责：
Responsibilities：

1. 77GHz/79GHz 毫米波雷达信号处理算法开发，负责雷达系统算法仿真设计；
Development of 77GHz/79GHz millimeter wave radar signal processing algorithm, responsible for radar system algorithm simulation design.
2. 77GHz/79GHz 毫米波雷达数据处理算法开发，负责雷达目标聚类、跟踪、目标识别以及ADAS功能开发算法研发设计；
Development of 77GHz/79GHz millimeter wave radar data processing algorithm, responsible for radar target clustering, tracking, target recognition and ADAS function development algorithm development and design.
3. 负责毫米波雷达测距、测速和测角等功能算法；
Responsible for functional algorithms of millimeter wave radar ranging, velocity and Angle measurement;
4. 负责实测、实验数据的处理；
Responsible for the processing of real measurement and experimental data.
5. 设计应用场景和相关测试用例，并针对各种应用场景对算法和软件进行测试；
Designed application scenarios and related test cases, and tested algorithms and software for various application scenarios;
6. 撰写相应的设计文档，负责算法知识产权工作。
Write corresponding design documents and be responsible for the work of algorithm intellectual property.

要求：
Requirements:

1. 熟悉FMCW雷达信号处理理论、CFAR目标检测、MIMO信号处理、DOA方向估计理论；
Familiar with FMCW radar signal processing theory, CFAR target detection, MIMO signal processing and DOA direction estimation theory;
2. 熟悉卡尔曼滤波、数据融合、目标聚类以及多目标跟踪理论；
Familiar with Kalman filtering, data fusion, target clustering and multi-target tracking theory;
3. 有较强的数学功底、熟悉统计信号处理相关理论；
Strong mathematical background, familiar with statistical signal processing theory;
4. 计算机类、电子信息类、应用数学或人工智能方向的相关专业；
Major in Computer, electronic information, applied mathematics or artificial intelligence;
5. 熟练使用 MATLAB Simulink / State flow /Visual C++ 软件进行算法仿真、设计和验证；
Proficient in MATLAB Simulink/State flow /Visual C++ software for algorithm simulation, design and verification;
6. 熟练掌握 C语言编程，对算法在嵌入式系统上的实现有一定的了解；
Proficient in C programming language, and have a certain understanding of the implementation of algorithms on embedded systems.
7. 具有良好人际沟通能力、主动性及团队合作精神。
Good interpersonal communication skills, initiative and teamwork spirit.
