when someone mentions a rail-to-rail, class-AB amplifier for LCD source driver, a good guess is the folded cascode + floating current source structure proposed by NEC is 90's. This structure works pretty well even in modern LCD source drivers, and I strongly recommend OP designers to go over this design, especially some good proposals like constant input gm design, slew rate enhancement...etc.
