DC仿真不收敛如何解决

仿真电路中的上电模块与BG的直流工作点，发现在电源电压超过一定值（10V）后，dc仿真不收敛。报错类型如下：
ERROR (SPECTRE-16385)There were 7 attempts to find the DC solution.In some of those attempt, a signal exceeded the blowup limit of its quantity .The last signal that failed is V(D7.diso:int_a) =-20.5169 GV,for which the quantity is 'V' and the blowup limit is ( 1 GV).It is possible that the circuit has no DC solution.If you really want signals this large ,set the 'blowup ' parameter of this quantity to a larger value.
求问各位坛友，有没有遇到过类似的问题，应该如何解决呢？谢谢大家！

可以试试用tran仿真电源电压从0到最终值上电，然后保存最后时刻的工作点即可。

按我的经验
一般会
（1）检查电路是否有问题
（2）换仿真器
（3）改变仿真设置
（4）改变仿真激励
一般都能解决问题

谢谢，试了一下，发现tran也只有前17ms左右是收敛的，可能还是其他地方的问题

谢谢！目前已经尝试更改了仿真器设置与仿真激励，没有效果，我再研究下其他两点

谢谢大家，已经解决了，把cadence重启下就收敛了，很玄学

改改gmin或者gmindc之类的配置看看；
感觉像是器件的model的问题；

我也报了这个错，我是将用到的理想模块换成实际模块就能跑了。
