岗位职责：

1. 负责语音相关的KWS、离线ASR、声纹识别、NLP、TTS、神经网络降噪等算法研究

2. 协助软件团队进行算法实现、部署、测试和调优。

3. 跟踪国内外学术前沿，新技术探索复现。

任职要求：

1.3年以上相关工作经验，硕士及以上学历，计算机、通信或信号处理相关专业；

2.深入理解数字信号处理、机器学习、深度学习器等基础知识；

3.熟练编程能力，掌握Matlab，C，python 和 Tensorflow等训练平台。

4.有丰富的语音识别，自然语言处理及相关的人工智能算法基础, 有相关论文发表者优先；

5.勤奋踏实，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
