VCS P-2019.06-SP2问题求助

最近因DW IP需要使用VCS 2019，我安装了vcs P-2019.06-SP2, 并用1patch进行了处理和license文件处理，但使用vcs时，报如下错误：

Fatal License Error.
Inconsistent Encryption code in license file.
Make sure that your SNPSLMD_LICENSE_FILE points to the correct server
Please contact VCS Customer Support at 1-800-VERILOG for more information.

我在 .bashrc中设置了：
export  SNPSLMD_LICENSE_FILE=27006@eda68



并在，可以看到check license信息：

我把vcs版本换回到vcs/O-2018.09-SP2，不会报license问题。

请大神指点迷津！！！

处理过，我的verdi/Q-2020.03-SP1也是可以用的
