振荡器仿真过程中  每次都会在这个时间节点报错 然后跳出仿真，求问是什么原因，是软件的缘故还是结构不稳定？

内存不够用导致的，删除一些没用的文件就行

hi，楼主我也遇到这个问题，但是我看仿真存储的虚拟内存是足够的呀，你说的内存是哪里呢？

不要用high performance simulation的APS，用spectre就好了

我也在用aps仿真报了这个问题，有大佬解决了吗，specter仿真太慢了
