What you'll bedoing:

•            DFT planning, DFTimplementation, DFT verification and silicon bring up at IP or fullchip levelfor all of NVIDIA's semiconductor products.

•            Take lead role ofsome DFT areas in a project.

•            Improve DFTdesign, architecture and flow.

What we need tosee:

•            MSEE with 1+years of experience or PhD or equivalent experience in DFT or related domains.

•            Familiar withVerilog and ASIC design.

•            Proven knowledgeand expertise in JTAG, Scan, BIST including memories and IOs, ATPG, faultmodels and fault simulation, etc.

•            Excellentanalytical skills in verification and validation of test patterns and logic onsophisticated VLSI designs.

•            Good exposure tomulti-functional areas including RTL & clocks design, STA, place-n-routeand power, to ensure we are making the right trade-offs.

•            Experience insilicon debug and bring-up on the ATE with an understanding of pattern formats,failure processing and diagnostics.

•            Strongprogramming and scripting skills in Perl, Python or Tcl desired.

•            Outstandingwritten and oral communication skills in English with the curiosity to work onrare challenges.
