求助大神：HFSS等效电路输出问题-equivalent circuit export
输出选项中有lumped element export选项，但是对一个两端口的电感（比如示例中的silicon spiral inductor），其node 1和node 2之间有rl1+ls1和rs2+ls2两个并联等效电阻和电感；为什么是两个，为什么不合并为一个呢？
我计算了一下，感觉rs2+ls2与计算出的线圈电阻和电感能够对应起来，而rl1+ls1相对大的多。请问rl1+ls1来自哪里呢？
